Not just documents. A stage-based implementation pathway.
Access to the full implementation pathway is issued after successful payment and onboarding, and you can then move through it at the speed your organisation can act. Scheduled group clinics and specialist support remain available throughout your included live-support period.
Some providers may move through the priority stages intensively over several days, while others may take longer depending on their starting position, complexity and available resources. Progress depends on each provider's participation and implementation.

Both Rapid Program options include the same staged implementation pathway and live group-support access. The difference is the document suite and worker training allocation included.
Provider leaders use the Rapid Implementation Hub to work through organisational readiness and implementation. Included workers can be enrolled in the separate SIL Workforce Training. Workers who satisfy the applicable completion requirements receive a completion record and certificate.
The private community is for general, de-identified implementation discussion. Participants must not post participant, worker or other personal or confidential information, and it is not a place for confidential, provider-specific advice.
Additional worker licences and enterprise workforce training arrangements are available separately. Package inclusions, access periods, clinic schedules, worker-training entitlements and document licence terms are confirmed before purchase.
Program resources are based on the SIL requirements and NDIS Commission guidance available at the time of publication, including draft materials where applicable. Content may be updated when final standards, rules or guidance are released.

This is not a fully "done for you" service. Your organisation remains responsible for implementation, decisions, records and ongoing compliance. DSP provides assessment, planning, guidance and review within the agreed scope.

How the Rapid Program works
A practical pathway from documents to implementation
The Rapid Program combines access to a staged implementation pathway with scheduled live clinics, practical resources and a private provider community. Your organisation can move through the stages at its own pace and attend the sessions most relevant to its current priorities.
- After payment and onboarding, your organisation receives access to the Rapid Implementation Hub and the applicable document pack.
- Your nominated implementation lead works through the stages and action tasks at the speed your organisation can implement them.
- Included workers can be enrolled in the separate SIL Workforce Training. Workers who satisfy the applicable completion requirements receive a completion record and certificate.
- Your organisation can attend the scheduled group clinics most relevant to its current priorities.
- Selected general questions, demonstrations and clinic recordings are added to the participant resource library.
- Confidential, complex or organisation-specific matters can be scoped separately as private support.
Group clinics provide general implementation guidance. Confidential or provider-specific advice, document reviews, incidents, Commission correspondence, audit responses and bespoke work are not included unless expressly stated in the package or separately agreed.
Protect confidential information. Do not post or disclose participant, worker or other personal or confidential information in the community or group clinics. Questions should be generalised and de-identified.

This is not a promise that every provider will complete implementation or become audit-ready within any particular period.

Providers may attend the sessions most relevant to their current priorities. They do not need to progress through the pathway at the same speed as other organisations.

Common questions
Which level of support is right for me?
If you can implement yourself, buy the SIL documents. If you want a structured, scheduled pathway with live group clinics, join the Rapid Implementation Program. If you want an assigned consultant working privately with your organisation, choose the Guided pathway. Larger or multi-site providers that want registration, implementation and commercial planning handled together suit the Intensive or an Enterprise partnership. What's the difference between the two Rapid Program options?
Both include the same staged implementation pathway and included live group support. The difference is the document pack and worker training allocation. The $4,997 + GST option includes the SIL Top-Up Document Pack and up to 5 worker training licences, for providers that already have suitable core NDIS documents. The $6,997 + GST Complete option includes the Full SIL Document Pack and up to 15 worker training licences. Additional worker licences are available separately.
Are the Rapid Program clinics private?
No. The standard program runs through scheduled group clinics that provide general implementation guidance. Confidential or organisation-specific matters are handled through the Guided pathway or another private arrangement.
Do I have to complete one stage each week?
No. The full pathway is available once your access is issued after payment and onboarding. You can then move through the stages as quickly as your organisation can implement them.

The full pathway is available once your access is issued after payment and onboarding, so your organisation can move through the stages as quickly as it can implement them. Implementation timing depends on your starting position, complexity, workforce and ability to put systems into use.
Is this a formal course for provider managers?
No. It is a practical implementation hub. It contains videos, templates, checklists, action steps, live clinics and recordings designed to help provider leaders get the work done. Formal worker training is delivered separately for the included worker licences.
Do I have to be registered by 1 July 2026?
Mandatory SIL registration requirements and the new SIL Practice Standards commence from 1 July 2026, with transition arrangements that vary by provider. Some existing unregistered providers may need to apply by 1 October 2026 under the relevant Commission transition pathway. Dates and pathways may differ according to the provider's current registration and operating circumstances. Confirm which pathway applies to your organisation — starting early gives you more time to prepare systems, train workers and organise evidence.
Do you guarantee registration or audit success?
No. Registration decisions are made by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and audits are conducted independently by Approved Quality Auditors. We provide structured preparation and implementation support, but no consultant can guarantee an outcome — and we do not promise readiness, registration or audit conformity within any particular timeframe. Results depend on your starting position, participation and implementation.
Will you complete everything for us?
No. We provide the system, resources, training, guidance and — in the private pathways — assessment and review. Your organisation remains responsible for adapting and implementing its systems, making decisions, maintaining records and meeting ongoing compliance obligations.
Is DSP part of the NDIS Commission or an Approved Quality Auditor?
No. Disability Support Project is an independent consultancy and training provider. Our services are not endorsed, approved, accredited or delivered by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission or an Approved Quality Auditor.
Why not just buy the documents on their own?
Because documents alone don't demonstrate implementation. When an Approved Quality Auditor reviews an organisation, they may consider how systems operate in practice, not simply that documents exist. The Rapid Program helps you adapt the resources, train your workers, organise your evidence and work through implementation and evidence areas that may be relevant to an audit against the applicable NDIS Practice Standards.
